ATTENTION DEBIT CARD USERS:  Point of Sale daily limits are now $600.  Limits can be raised for 24 hours by request.  Please call the U of P or SPP office.

Office Closing Notice: The U of P Office and Market Street Office will be closed on Friday, November 24th. The SPP Branch will have normal office hours that day.

All Offices will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving on Thursday the 23rd.

  • How will this merger benefit U of P Members?

    By an overwhelming margin, our members approved this merger which took effect on October 1, 2017.  This merger will benefit our members in many ways.  First, we will be able to keep our current location and our current staff.  Secondly, this merger will allow our members to take advantage of many new service offerings such as shared branching, that will allow members to conduct their financial transactions at affiliated credit unions all over the country.  In addition, members will be able to apply for First Mortgage Loans and open Individual Retirement Accounts and Share Term Certificates.  There will be many other service offerings in the coming months that we will make our members aware of.  For more information, visit our website at
  • How is my NCUA deposit insurance affected by the merger?

    Your deposits will continue to be insured up to $250,000.00 by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), which is operated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).  If you will have more than $250,000.00 on deposit once the merger is completed, you may need to make necessary modifications to ensure that your funds remain insured.
  • What will my new routing number be? 236084175       
  • Will my automatic ACH/deductions/drafts post after the merger?

    Yes.  It will be necessary to contact the institutions to change both your routing number and account number at your earliest convenience to have changes made to your deductions.           
  • I have direct deposit.  Do I need to contact my employer or Social Security Administration with the new account number information? Yes.
  • Will my loan payments or rates change?

             All terms and conditions of your current loans will remain the same.

  • How will my accounts be impacted?
    The merger team will work to insure a seamless transition and will work to
    minimize any impacts to our members to conduct business transactions as they always  
  • Will my dividend rates change? No. 
  • How will the merger affect my online bill paying?

    Your online billing will be impacted as your routing number will change to 236084175.
    It will be necessary to change this number with all of your online bill paying services within the next six months.  Your account number will also change.
  • Will I need to have a new credit card issued?

    At this time all credit cards will remain unchanged.  If there is a need to issue new cards in the future, all members will be notified in advance.
  • Will my checks need to be changed?

    At this time all current checks used by members will continue to be honored for six months.  However, you may order checks at any time.
  • Will the hours of the Credit Union change?

    There is no change in office hours for the credit union.

  • How do I get more information about the merger?

    Please visit our website for additional information as well as alerts to future service offering to our members.  This is a great resource which is updated on a regular basis.  Members are also welcome to call us directly at any of the numbers listed above with any questions or feel free to stop by one of our branch locations to speak with our staff.    We are happy to address any questions you may have about the merger.
  • Will I still be able to access my account information by telephone/audio response?

    You will need to reapply for audio response as it will now be on a different system.  You will be able to access audio response up to 10 times for free each month.  There will be a charge of $1 for each time you access your account after 10.  We strongly encourage our members to apply instead for Virtual Branch.  You can access this via computer or smartphone at no charge,
